During my career of over 30 years—first as a tax accountant at PwC Philadelphia, then as part of the tax team based at ARCO Chemical’s HQ in London, and later in EMC’s international tax team—I’ve helped many people in their careers. In more recent years, whilst reviving and running Kinsale Arts Weekend, I’ve developed new skills working with artists and volunteers in the non-profit world. Along the way, I learned that behind every success story is clarity of purpose and the confidence to take bold steps. I am a huge fan of motivating people by asking the question, “What does success look like?” and then, from there, we discuss what needs to be done to make it happen.

Today, I use that same strategic eye and honest support to mentor students and young adults. In a warm, one-hour session, I listen closely to what lights you up, explore your strengths and dreams, and turn those insights into a clear, simple plan. You’ll leave feeling hopeful and ready to act.
